Plants fertilized with low to medium rates of nitrogen maximized concentrations of speciogynine, corynantheidine, and iso corynantheidine, which promote the allocation of nitrogen for secondary metabolism and the synthesis of alkaloids. Compared to low-medium fertility, THE EFFECTS OF ORGANIC FERTILIZER ON KRATOM high-rate fertilization increased SPAD values and chlorophyll concentration of fresh leaves. We developed a linear model to determine the importance of nutrient fertility.

The pharmacological mechanisms of mitragynine and other kratom alkaloids are still poorly understood, but the preliminary data show that it may be an opioid receptor modulator with analgesic properties.
Mitragynine causes respiratory depression

Mitragynine causes hemorrhagic stroke
The University of Maryland Stroke Center uses advanced imaging to diagnose hemorrhagic stroke, including a CT scan and MRI scan. Depending on the location of the stroke, treatment may include reversal of the symptoms, reducing bleeding, and preventing the onset of complications.
